Baiyun district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, plans to launch 126 key project and accelerate the construction of an opening-up economy system.
In the first quarter of 2020, Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone -- in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- saw 3.92 billion yuan ($553 million) in investments flowing to for new industrial projects going ahead there, according to Guiyang HIDZ officials.
